beagle software package provides Genotype calling, genotype phasing and imputation of ungenotyped markers, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install beagle
beagle is installed in your system.
Make ensure the beagle package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep beagle *
You will get with beagle package name, version, architecture and description in a table
